Choose From List Data Source

With "Choose From List" data source, user will be prompted for selecting data from a list for this label field at print time. You set up the "Choose From List" data source in the following steps.

• First, select "Choose From List" option from the "Data Source" combo box.
• Secondly, type a prompt text string in Prompt input box. This is the text user will see at print time.
• Thirdly, set Chooselist file from Chooselist File combo box. A Chooselist file contains a list of Choices which you can choose.
• Then, set default item in Default Itim combo box. This is default data user sees at print time.
• Set justification for the output.
• Reset to Default After Print option.
  "No". This option lets user see the last used data value as default at print time.
  "Yes". This option lets user always see the default data value as default at print time.
