Opening, Saving & Printing Report

Opening a report

You can load a report in the future to remove the Extra files found. Changed and Missing files, as well as registry changes saved with the report are also viewable.

  • Report Menu
  • Select Open

Saving a report

After loading a catalog and finding changes, you may want to save the list of extra files found for later removal. Changed and Missing files as well as registry changes are also saved in the report.

You may remove single or multiple file listings from the report windows by highlighting them, right clicking, and selecting 'Remove from List.' This does not actually delete any files.

  • Report Menu
  • Select Save.

Enter desired filename in the standard Windows dialog and press Save.

Printing a report

The currently loaded report can be formatted for easier viewing. Text in this window may be edited before printing or saved to an external file.

  • Report Menu
  • Select View / Print

Notepad or your configured text editor loads.

Use editor to view or print.
