Outlook

Contact information displaying area

Displays contact information synchronized with MS Outlook according to the memory storage you've chosen.

To add information use "Data editor" area, to remove - "Remove" button in the left-bottom, to look for modifications made and MS Outlook synchronization - "Refresh" button.
There is selected memory's contacts summary displayed in the left-bottom.
For quick operations with selected entry call menu by pressing mouse right button.
- the indicator of phone's memory used capacity.
The indications correspond with the storage memory you choose.

The phone icon in the "Ð" column means that the entry exits on the phone;
The Outlook icon in the "O" column means that the entry exists in Outlook.

Memory

The area of definition he memory from which you want to look/edit contact information.

SIM - your SIM card memory
SIM fix - your SIM card fixed memory
Internal - phone memory (excluding SIM card)
Archive - contacts archive , located on PC and owned by Mobile Navigator™.
Archive automatically saves all data appearing in working with contact base.

You can't turn off archiving function but you can edit your archive base.

Data editor

The area shows you he information for selected (in main area)contact for comfort editing. You can create new entries as well.

To enter data press "Append".
To confirm modifications press "Change".

Information view area

ÎThis area shows notes list with full infromation and possibility to synchronize.
For quick operations call menu by clicking right mouse button on required entry.

To delete selected entry press "Remove".
To view modifications (synchronization with MS Outlook) press "Refresh".

Calendar

The area for quick setting of needed Date for creating/editing notes.

- month selection.

- current date definition.

Day selection is to be made by simple clicking on the required one.

New note

The area for entries modification and creating new ones.
"Created"/"modified" dates, standard class, and text are to be defined here.

To confirm creating of the new entry press "Append".

To confirm modifications press "Modify".

Information view area

Performs the list of nominated tasks and events.
- the indicator of phone's organizer memory used capacity.
The indications correspond with the storage memory you choose.

For quick operations with required entry call menu by clicking right mouse button on it.

To delete selected entry press "Remove".
To view modifications (synchronization) press "Refresh"

The icon in the "P" column means that the entry exists in the phone memory;
Outlook icon in the "O" column means that the entry exists in Outlook.

Calendar

The area for quick setting of needed Date for creating/editing entries.

Day selection is to be made by simple clicking on the required one.

Calendar

Outlook folders

This area performs "personal folders" of your MS Outlook .

For every folder you can create subfolders (in "New folder" area), via wich the data will be synchronized.
Mobile Navigator supports synchronization of "Contacts", "Calendar", "Tasks", "Notes" folders and their subfolders.

To define the folder for synchronization highlight the folder and use the area "Outlook sync settings".

To confirm the selection press "Select".

New folder

The area for new folders creation.

The folder is to be created to meet one of the bases (Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Notes).
For confirmation press "New folder".

FLEXplorer™ interface

The form view is a file manager interface to operate with phone integrated memory.

The form contains two areas:

"Menu console"
- the button to go up to level in file structure
- the button to make step back in file structure
- the button to call help for FLEXplorer extention
- the button to retrieve information about FLEXplorer extention
- panel for choosing view type for file structure

The area performs file structure of you phone integrated memory.
