How to Use?

1. Click on Browse button to select the input file. It can be in video, audio or still image.The supported input formats are:

  • Apple QuickTime Video (MOV/QT/MP4/M4V)
  • MPEG Video (MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 Video, VCD and SVCD, PAL, and NTSC)
  • Windows Media Video (WMV)
  • 3GP files (3GP/3G2)
  • AVI Files (DivX, XviD, MS MPEG-4, Uncompressed, Cinepak and other)
  • Active Streaming Files (ASF)
  • Flash FLV (FLV)
  • DV Video (DV)
  • WAVE Audio (WAV)
  • MPEG Audio (MP2/MP3/MPA)
  • Windows Media Audio (WMA)
  • Still Images (GIF/BMP/JPEG/PNG/TGA/TIF/PSD)

2. From the preset combo box, select the appropriate preset value. You can select based on Flash type and the usage.

3. Click on the Export Tab. By default the output folder is C:\Snosh Project. To change it, click on Browse button. Click on Export button to start the conversion.

4. By default it will popup the converted folder upon completion.

Where is my registered version?

Once your order is approved, you will receive an email with registration details from our E-commerce Payment Processing Service provider, Regsoft. In this email, it will contain a download url to download the registered version. Before installing the registered version, remove all trial version files first. Some old first you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder. After installing the registered version, the program will run without any limitation.

The program still in trial mode after installing registered version?

If it happen that the program still in trial version mode after installing the registered, please make sure that you have uninstall all the trial version files before installing the registered version.

Please note that some old files you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder before installing the registered version.

File not supported

There are several reasons for this. Most of the time, this is due to you don't have the required codec installed on your pc. Some specially encoded video, audio will require to have the same codec installed before can play or convert them.

There are several suggestions for this:

  • Install QuickTime 6 Player for converting MOV, 3GP, 3G2, M4V, MP4, QT, DV, certain AVI, Still Image (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PSD, TIF, TGA) . QuickTime player is free.
  • Install Microsoft Direct-x 8 and above for optimize performance.
  • Windows Media 9 Series Runtime for WMV and WMA support. This setup file is included when you install Snosh.
  • Download a video inspector software and check what codec is missing. Then perform a search at google or codecs portal like http://www.free-codecs.com/

Where to find audio and video codecs?

If your video/audio was encoded using a special codec, you will need to have that particular codec install on your pc before you can convert them. The best practice is to download a video inspector software and check what codec is missing. Then perform a search at google or codecs portal like http://www.free-codecs.com/

Where is the converted file stored?

By default all the converted files will be stored in "C:\Snosh Project" . In case you cannot remember where you have set the output folder as, click on Export tab and refer to the save in textbox.

I cannot play the converted Flash

Make sure you have installed the Flash 8 Player from macromedia website. The following table show the Flash player version required to playback the Flash format type.
