Reporting bugs \ errors

We are doing our best to track bugs in our software products. However, even thorough testing may sometimes fail to help track all the bugs. Your bug reports are very important to us!

If you have found any bugs or errors (including any kind of unexpected behavior) in our software please e-mail us at support@aerotags.com. Be sure to attach the original HTML-file. In your message describe the bug \ error and provide us with the information you think mite be useful to us (i.e. program version, system configuration etc.).

Upgrading the TagsLock Pro

If you are a registered user of TagsLock Pro you may upgrade the software to a newer version at no charge. Simply download the latest release and install it on your machine without uninstalling the previous version. This will preserve your registration.

If for some reason your registration code becomes invalid or lost just send an e-mail to support@aerotags.com. You will receive a new code via e-mail at no charge.
