Adding/Editing/Deleting Include/Exclude Web Site List

Exclude web site list

• Displays a list of web sites or keywords that must be blocked.
• If you allow access to a specific web site but want to prevent access to specific parts of that site then you can list the complete URLs or partial URLs that you want to be excluded.
• Any web site that is included in this list will not be displayed in the KidSafe Site list.

Include web site list

• Displays a list of web sites or keywords that must not be blocked.
• You can use this feature to allow access to sites that are linked to a main site that's in your KidSafe list. For example, if you have setup matchbox.com you may also want to add hotwheels.com, mattel.com and tycorc.com to your Include list.
• Any web site that is included in this list will not be displayed in the KidSafe Site list.

Add/edit a web site

• Click the Add button to display the New Item window
• or highlight a site and click the Edit button to display the Edit Item window.
• You can click the 'Select a site from the list of open pages' button if you already have the web site in the browser
• Enter the web site address in the address box
• Select 'Match all pages that contains the above text' or
• 'Exact page match of the above text'
• Click the OK button to save the information.

Deleting a site

• Highlight the site.
• Click the Delete button.
• Select Yes in response to the message box to remove the site from the list
