Add, Modify & Remove Task

Add a New Task

  1. Stop the Scheduler by using the Stop Schedules Toolbar Icon Toolbar Iconor the File/Stop menu item.
  2. Click a specific script and click anywhere on the right pane, click on the Toolbar Icon Add, right click or use the Edit/Add menu item to add a new task.
  3. For each task, you can enter the description, program or command, parameters/data, starting folder, and starting windows style.
  4. For advanced options, you can choose to have the scheduler to wait this program completed before you start the next task if there is one. You can also specify the run time for the task. If the task can’t complete by the time, you can options to stop the task and cancel the script.
    Start the Scheduler by using the Start Schedules Toolbar Icon Toolbar Icon or the File/Start menu item to put the Scheduler back on-line.

  1. Stop the Scheduler by using the Stop Schedules Toolbar Icon Toolbar Icon or the File/Stop menu item.
  2. Click specific script and click the task you want to edit
  3. Click on the Toolbar Icon Properties or use the menu item Edit/Properties to edit the task.
  4. For each task, you can enter the description, program or command (path and program file name), parameters/data (such as application switch and script), starting folder, and starting windows style.
    For advanced options, you can choose to have the scheduler to wait for this program completed before you start the next task if there is one. You can also specify the run time for the task. If the task can’t complete by the time, you can options to stop the task and cancel the script.
