Sales Summaries

Keeper provides two different sales summaries: Sales by Category and Sales by Supplier. Summaries tell you how much and what percentage of your sales have come from each category and each supplier.

Use the Reports | Sales Summaries menu sequence to bring up the Sales Summary screen.

Sales by Category Report

When the Sales Summary screen first comes up it shows the Sales by Category Report for the current month.

To print the report:

1. Set the Period of the report.
2. Set the number of copies to print.
3. Click [Print].

Sales by Supplier Report

To switch to the Sales by Supplier Report, click the Sales by Supplier option button.

To print the report:

1. Set the Period of the report.
2. Set the number of copies to print.
3. Click [Print].
