2. If you want to set up passwords click the File menu, then Setup, then Set Up Passwords, then click the kind of password you want to establish.
3. Click the File menu, then Setup, then Set Up Reports.
If your printer can use a lower quality print type to save toner, click Set Print Quality.
Click the quality you want to use with your reports. This setting doesn't affect sales invoices (sales slips), which are always printed in high quality.
If you want to use eye follow-lines, faint dotted lines that help you follow a line across the page without a ruler, click Use Eye-Follow Lines. If this entry is checked, the feature is turned on.
If you want to break every few lines in a report with a blank line to help follow a line across the page, click Set Block Size.
Enter the number of lines you want between blocks. If you enter "0," Keeper won't print reports in blocks.
The following illustration shows part of a sales report that uses eye-follow lines and a block size of 5:
4. Click the File menu, then Setup, then Click Enter Company Name.
