Selecting Multiple Folders
It is often necessary to select multiple Folders or documents to copy, move, print, merge or delete them. InfoRecall follows the Window standard for selecting multiple Folders.
In the below description the word Folder can mean a Folder or a Document.
To select all Folders:
Select a Folder, press the Shift key and click on the last Folder. All the Folders will be highlighted meaning that they are all selected.
To select muliple Folders:
Select a Folder, press the Ctrl key and click on any Folder in whatever order. The selected Folders will be highlighted.
Deselecting:
To deselect a Folder, hold down the Ctrl key and click on a file.
