Insert Object (OLE)

OLE Object Linking & Embedding. This feature allows you to insert an object into your document that was created in another application that also supports OLE.

This might vary from spreadsheet worksheets to word processor documents to html Folders. The type of object you can insert is only limited by the amount of programs you have that support OLE.

To create a new embedded object:

ipod recovery mode data recovery sim card hard disk recovery software
windows disk recovery data recovery tools downloads recover data free
password breaking notebook recovery partition file recovery
  • Position the cursor in a document.
  • Choose Object from the Insert menu.
  • Click the type of object you want to create in the Object list.
  • Click Ok. This will launch the application.
  • Create the desired object using this application.
  • Either save it or choose Update in the application.

The object will be inserted into the InfoRecall document.

Double click the object to edit it.

Adjust Picture Size

Use this command to change the width and height of a picture. This function also allows you to specify the alignment of the picture relative to the base line of the text.

You can also change the picture size by simply clicking on a picture and pulling its sizing tabs using the mouse.

Insert Date/Time

You can insert the date or time in the Document Name Box or anywhere in your Document. Just locate the cursor where you want the date to be inserted, either in the Document Name Box or the Document and InfoRecall will insert the Date/Time just where your cursor is.

The date and time formats shown in the Insert Date/Time dialog reflect your Regional Settings. You can change these settings by clicking the Start button, click on Settings and choose Control Panel. In the Control Panel click on the Regional Settings icon and change the date and time settings.
