Repaginate

Repaginates the document to show the page breaks as they would on the selected printer. Normally, the repagination takes place automatically as you edit the text. The repagination process is time consuming. Therefore, there may not be enough time for large document to complete the repagination between the edits. This option provides complete repagination on demand.

The repagination process creates a dotted line to indicate new page.

Style Sheet

Allows you to create a new style sheet style or to modify an existing style.

To do so:

  • Choose Style Sheet from the Edit menu. The style dialog will appear.
  • Select Paragraph or Character style.
  • Type a name for the style or choose an existing name to modify.
  • Click Ok.

Use the Font button or any of the menu items to select fonts and other style formatting. When finished, click anywhere on the document to terminate the style sheet recording.

You can now apply the style to the desired text by choosing the 'Character Style' option from the 'Font menu' or 'Paragraph Style' from the Paragraph menu.

Note: The style sheet is embedded in the current document and can only be used in the document it was made for.

Hyperlink Delete

You can not delete a hyperlink the way you delete a regular word! You must follow the below steps. InfoRecall writes hyperlink information to the document as hidden text. If you delete the hyperlink word as if it were a regular word then the hidden text would remain; The hyperlink information would not be deleted.

To Delete a Hyperlink:

  • Highlight a hyperlink.
  • Choose Hyperlink Delete from the Edit menu.

OR

  • Highlight a hyperlink.
  • Press the right mouse button.
  • Choose Delete Hyperlink from Popup menu.

Note: You can't just double click on a link because InfoRecall recognizes it as a hyperlink and wants to establish the link. So, position the cursor behind the hyperlink, press the left mouse button and drag it over the text or position the cursor behind the hyperlink, depress the shift key and while the shift key is depressed press the left arrow key until the hyperlink word is fully highlighted. Be careful not to go beyond the hyperlink word.

Hyperlink Pop-Up Text

You can edit the Pop-Up text.

To Edit Popup Text:

  • Highlight the popup hyperlink.
  • Choose Hyperlink Pop-Up Text from the Edit menu.
  • Make modifications.
  • Click OK.

OR

  • Highlight the pop-Up hyperlink.
  • Press the right mouse button.
  • Choose Edit Pop-Up Text from the pop-Up menu.
  • Make modifications.
  • Click OK.

Hyperlink Pop-Up Colors

You can change the color of the background and text for the hyperlink Pop-Up window.

To change the Background Color:

  • Choose Hyperlink Pop-Up Colors from the Edit menu.
  • Click the Bkg Color button.
  • Choose a basic or custom background color.

To change the Text Color:

  • Choose Hyperlink Pop-Up Colors from the Edit menu.
  • Click the Text Color button.
  • Choose a basic or custom text color.

The window on the left will reflect your color selection.

When satisfied with your color selection:

  • Click the Set Color button.

Hide Text

Use this option to hide a block of text.

To Hide Text:

  • Highlight a block of text.
  • Choose Hide text from the Edit menu.
  • A depressed check mark means this feature is turned on.

To Reveal Hidden Text:

  • Choose Reveal Hidden Text from the Edit menu.
