Modify Users For Resource

Use this screen to add users to a selected resource (the resource is selected before pressing the Users button on the Security tab from the FTP Options screen). To add users to the selected resource, simply select the users from the listbox on the left, set the read and write permissions that you want the users to have once you add them, and then click on the arrow pointing to the right. To remove users with permission to the selected resource, highlight them in the right hand listbox, and then click on the arrow pointing to the left (this will transfer them to the left listbox).

Available Users
Shows the available users that can be added to the selected resource (to have either read or write permissions).

Selected Users
Shows users that have read and/or write permissions on the selected resource.

Add To Selected Users (>)
Once users have been highlighted in the listbox on the left, use this button to add them to the listbox on the right. Be sure you have set the correct read and write permissions using the Read Access and Write Access check boxes, as these are the permissions that the user in the right listbox will have.

Remove Selected Users (<)
Use this button to remove users from the listbox on the left, which effectively removes any permissions they had (both read and write).

Read Access
Select this checkbox before adding users to the listbox on the right, if you wish the selected users to have Read Access.

Write Access
Select this checkbox before adding users to the listbox on the right, if you wish the selected users to have Write Access.
