Searching for Files

To find a remote file

  1. From the Commands menu, choose Find.
  2. In the Find file named box, type the name of the file you want to find.
  3. Click Find Now.

  • To search for an exact file name, check Find Exact Match. To search for a file name based on a partial specification, check Partial Name.
  • Checking Refresh remote directory contents before commencing will refresh the remote file list before commencing the search. This provides greater accuracy if multiple users are working with the remote directory at once, but increases the time required to conduct the search.
