Editing Profiles

To edit a profile:

  1. Select the profile you want to edit.
  2. Open the Profiles menu and click Edit profile. You can also edit a profile by right-clicking on it and selecting Edit Profile.
  3. Edit Profile Properties window will open.
  4. Under the General tab you can change the Profile Name. To switch to the folder tabs (and the Transfer tab incase of Automated Transfer Profiles) and change their settings, click the Configure button for any them. The Clear button deletes the Navigation History (the folders you opened and worked with) for the profile.
  5. Using the Folder 1 tab (the tab with your PC or network drive name), you can change the folder location.
  6. The Folder 2 tab (the tab with your PC/network drive/FTP server name) allows you to can change the folder location.
  7. There is an additional Transfer tab for Automated Transfer Profiles where you can change the Action Rules, Conflict Resolution, Filters and Schedule.
  8. If you edit a Scheduled Profile, you will be able to rename the profile, to choose which task (Automated Transfer Profile) is to be scheduled, to pick the frequency and start time of the task, and whether to enable the Scheduled Profile.
  9. Click OK.

To delete an existing profile:

  1. Select the profile that you want to delete from the Profiles List.
  2. On the Profiles menu, click Delete Profile or use the Delete key.
  3. You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Click Yes to confirm.
