Non Actual links
If you add documents from network disk or USB flash-drive, sometimes these files (folders) may be inaccessible (in other words, these links are non-actual). In this case you should turn the Delete non-actual links option off.
Otherwise turn this option on.
If you do so, every time, when program finds non-actual link, you will be asked to define new file location (the program supposes, that the file was removed or replaced). If you don't do it, the link will be deleted.
