Move & Copy Original Files on Hard Disk

Starting from 3.0 version you are able to move or copy original files, which are linked from the program.

To move the original file, follow the steps below:

  • Click the Show folders button
  • Drag the document you want to this Folders window and drop it onto needed folder
  • If there are yet other documents in the program linking the same file, you will be asked to confirm changing all these links

To copy the original file, keep the Ctrl key down, while dragging. New document linked to copied file will be inserted near the old one.

Data Doctor Recovery Windows (FAT+NTFS) Data Doctor Recovery Windows NTFS Drive retrieval
windows Drive retrieval Hard drive data recovery File recovery utility
windows Disk recovery software Data Restore software data recovery flash cards

Notes:

  • Be attentive! These operations really copy and move files on hard disk, not only links from the program!
  • You could not perform these operations, if the document has type of Hyperlink
