Backup/Restore Data

Normally your data catalogue is stored in the "docorg.dat" file in the program folder.

You can backup your data catalogue.

To do it, choose in the Main menu the "File > Backup data" item (or press the "Ctrl+S" keys).
Your data will be saved in the "docorg.bak" file in the program folder. After you can copy it to the safe place, if you want.

To restore your data from backup copy (if it exists in the program folder), choose in the Main menu the "File > Restore data" item (or press the "Ctrl+O" keys).
