What's New In ClickBook 11.0?

Look at all of the great features we have added to ClickBook 11.0.

• Letterhead - ClickBook now allows you to create and print your own letterhead, instead of having to purchase pre-printed letterhead.
• Forms - Create your own forms, suchas Invoice, Proposals, Purchase Orders, and allows you to preview the document before printing to ensure that the alignment is correct.
• Background Printing - Allows you to print a background to your planner pages or booklets. Take an image of a waterfall and have it print in the background of your dayplanner pages, to enhance the visual appeal of your day planner pages.
• Improved Preview Zoom - Improved the zooming feature in the ClickBook preview. The Zoom now uses more of the viewable area for a more precise preview.
• New Signature Layout - New 2 fold, French fold layout. for Signature printing.
• SMTP Mail - Setup ClickBook to email your PDF files using your SMTP server settings.
• Improved Printer Setup - Improved the ClickBook Printer Setup. Now complete with test document and troubleshooter.
• Updated PDF - Updated the embedded PDF Converter to handle Unicode (multi language) fonts and Smart Quotes.
• Redesigned Modify Layout - Redesigned the Modify Layout screen to be more user friendly.

Below is a list of the features added to ClickBook 10.0.

• Quick Click Printers - Allow you to automate the printing process, and send print jobs directly to the printer without ClickBook intervention. You can instantly print side-by-side folded booklets, convert to PDFs, or print flip books with a single click. You will setup a ClickBook printer with your preferred layout. ClickBook will then make a custom Quick Click printer that is tied to your printer and a specific ClickBook layout. The Quick Click Printer will always print the same way each time to your printer. You can even setup a PDF Quick Click printer that will automatically convert files to PDFs, email them with your default email client, and add any encryption or password preferences. No more hassle thumbing through all of the layouts, simply setup a Quick Click Printer and let ClickBook handle the rest.
• Carbonless Printing - This is a fantastic feature we've added to ClickBook. Now you can print carbonless forms with any number of copies per form. ClickBook also handles the sub numbering on the form and can print the numbers anywhere on the page.
• Hand Fed Tray Printing - This was specifically designed to make it easier for people who have LaserJet printers that don't print on both sides of the paper automatically. This feature allows you to put the second side of the paper into the Hand Fed tray for printing, instead of pulling out the main paper tray, reinserting the paper, and then reinserting the paper tray. The Hand Fed tray option also makes it 100x easier to print on different paper sizes such as legal paper. This is the next best thing to automatic duplexing for LaserJet printers.
