Installing ResponseMailer

To install ResponseMailer

Find the program rspsetup.exe or rsptrial or rspupdate.exe.
Double-click it
Follow the instructions given by the setup wizard for correct installation of the product.

Uninstalling ResponseMailer

ResponseMailer can be uninstalled completely from your hard disk if you decide not to continue using it.

To uninstall ResponseMailer

Select Start -> Programs -> ResponseMailer -> Uninstall ResponseMailer
Select Yes to confirm that you want to uninstall the program.
Follow the instructions given by the uninstall wizard
The uninstaller will be run and all files added by the installation will be removed.
Click the OK button to complete the uninstall.

Alternatively you can also

Start Control Panel
Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon
Find ResponseMailer and press the Add/Remove button
The uninstaller will be run and all files added by the installation will be removed
