Installation

The system is to be installed from the distributive. You're supposed to perform the actions requested by the installer (normally, you can select the default actions).

On the computer used as a server install the server part of Office Organizer by selecting it during the distributive installation process. On user computers install the client part of the program.

flash drive file recovery pen drive restore digital photo restore
notebook data recovery windows drive restore data retrieval software
professional data recovery disk recovery software freeware unerase memory card

After installation before starting using the system software, it must be preliminary tuned. For this purpose, on the client computers run the Settings utility that is installed in the software directory, and on the server open the "Server Settings" window.

  • Setup of mail links is realized at "Mail" tab of the Settings utility. The program Office Organizer completely supports receiving and sending the messages between the users of the given local network and provides a standard set of functions to manage personal mail boxes in the Internet.
  • All daily schedule tasks should be set up for the users of the local network. Accordingly, the database files should be properly arranged and their parameters be properly set up.
  • Please do not forget that the Office Organizer freeware has database limitations when operating in the network - 7 days and only 3 users connected to the server.
  • There are no limits in using the program Office Organizer on a personal computer beyond a local network, and the user can use it with default settings. Later on the settings might be changed at the "
Database" tab of the Settings utility.
  • Determine the database size: how many day descriptions should be stored – other record will be automatically transferred to the archive. These records will be available again upon restoring from the archive.
  • Determine the archive parameters – the archive parameters also provide for limiting number of the records stored. When the limits are exceeded the records will be removed completely.
