Using Campaigns
To use the campaign functionality please select a campaign from the main tree of the program. Campaign messages page will appear in the right pane. The right pane also contains information about campaign messages.
The following fields describe messages of a campaign:
# – the order number of the message in a campaign
From – the sender's e-mail address
Subject – the subject of the message
Status – the actual status of the message, which can be one of the following:
- New
- Sending
- Stopped
- Sent
Sheduled at – if the campaign is scheduled, this field shows the relative starting time to the previous message
Sent - the number of successfully sent messages
Opens - the number of people opened your message
Clicks - the number of people clicked on your tacking link
Unsubscribes - the number of people unsubscribed
You can perform the following actions on every message, using the tool bar located on the Campaign messages page.
 - Start sending the selected message.
 - Stop sending the selected message.
 - Restart sending message from the beginning.
 - Show the sending monitor. The sending monitor is a dialog box that reflects the progress of the sending process.
 - Show sending statistics.
 - Restart sending message to the failed emails.
 - Setup the sheduler.
 - Show the program settings.
Fast E-Delivery Engine will test the connection to the internet, when it starts sending messages. This process may take several minutes if the connection is not working properly. If the test does not give error messages click Start button to start the sending process.
