Fast Email Delivery Engine Troubleshoot

1. If FEDE doesn't send email messages or reports too many errors while sending them, as well as in case if the delivery goes too slow
   You should consider to turn off "scan outgoing emails" option in your antivirus software.
2. If You use Firewall , like Norton Internet security for example, please check if it blocks FEDE's internet connection.
3. If the program stops to start by unknown reasons

Reinstall FEDE

• Uninstall the program: At "Control Panel" select "Add remove Programs"
• Delete folder C:\Program Files\Lencom Software Inc\Fast E-Delivery Engine. (optional. All the campaigns will be deleted)
• Delete folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Lencom. (optional. All the lists will be deleted)
• Download last version of program: http://dl.filekicker.com/send/file/134637-O0JL/FEDE.msi
• Install the program.

Reinstall .NET Framework 1.1

Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1: At "Control Panel" select "Add remove Programs".

Download last version of Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1:

Install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

4. Working with External Data Source You should insure that the latest ODBC/OLEDB drivers are installed

For Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Paradox, dBASE, Text please renew Microsoft Jet:
