Tracking Statistics

The "Tracking statistics" gives you more details about individual reader behavior. It shows you exactly who did what:
who opened your emails, who unsubscribed, and who clicked through by link.

To see the statistics you should select the message that has been sent and click on "Tracking" button. The following menu will pop up:

Openings
If You choose option "Openings" the report dialog window will appear and reflect a list of all target recipients that have been opened your mail. You will be able to see the detail information about each user such as Email, IP, Country, Agent.

Clickings
If You choose option "Clickings" the report dialog window will appear and reflect a list of all links that have been opened from your message. You will be able to select each link and see the detail information about each user.

Unsubscribings
If You choose option "Unsubscribing" the report dialog window will appear and reflect a list of all recipients which sent You unsubscribe request.

You can unsubscribe any user by yourself. For this You should press "Unsubscribe" button from Contact Lists. it will invoke a dialog window which will ask You to choose a list to unsubscribe the user from.
