Sending Mode
The sending settings can be changed in the Sending mode tab page of the settings dialog box.

Mixed (Direct + SMTP server) - This delivery mode sends messages directly at first, if the direct delivery fails, then FEDE will use the SMTP server you assigned to send the message again.
Direct (without SMTP server) - This delivery mode doesn't use your mail server. Instead, it directly connects and sends messages to the mail server of the recipient's address.
Trough SMTP server - This mode is used if there are some problems with direct sending. In this case you must specify at least SMTP server name. Press button ... to go on the tab page SMTP Server.
Trough Socks Proxy - Proxy server is a special program, which allows LAN users to work with Internet (only when one machine has the "real" IP address). Please contact your network administrator if you're not sure how you're connected, and how to set the appropriate options. To specify your proxy you must specify the host, the port, the username and the password. Press button ... to go on the tab page Proxy.
Trough web page - This mode is used if your SMTP is blocked. It sends messages using special script, which is located on the page of your website.
For testing any mode of sending is required to press "Test" button.
For automatic configuration please press button "Auto Configure". The program will try to select appropriate sending mode by itself.
Direct settings:
Max threads - The number of maximum parallel messages.
Timeout - Because the program relies on the internet connection with varying speeds, it is important to set the timeout parameter, which will give the ability to decide how long should the program wait for a response from the e-mail servers, till it drops the connection.
Max connections per domain - Max connections per domain SMTP server.
In many cases if SMTP server discovers several parallel connection from one computer (IP address) it may stop the transmission and add your IP to Spam Black List.
