Importing Lists
Import lists allows you to import lists from Windows Address Book, from database and from MS Outlook.
From Database:
- Click on Import -> Database button from toolbar or on the Contact lists -> Import -> Database from main menu.

- Select the type of the database that you wish to import. Then, click Next.

- Select table

- Select a list where you wish to import emails or create a new list. Then, click Next.

- Specify fields.

- Click Next to begin import.

- Click Finish. From Excel:
- Click on Import -> Excel button from toolbar or on the Contact lists -> Import -> Excel from main menu.
- Select the .xls file that you want to import. Click Open.

- Select sheet from choosing .xls file.

- Select a list where you wish to import emails or create a new list. Then, click Next.
- Specify fields.

Click Next to begin import. When import will be finished, click Finish.From MS Outlook
Click ContactLists-> Import -> MS Outlook from main menu or Import -> Database button from toolbar.
- Specify recipients that you wish to import then, click Next.

- Select a list that you wish to add emails or create a new list. Checkbox Use mailbox name as recipient name allows you to enter name column mailbox name. Then, click Next and import will be started.
- Click Finish. From Windows Address Book:
- Click on Import -> Windows address book button from toolbar or on the Contact lists -> Import ->Windows address book from main menu.
- Check Import Address Book of Current user to take emails from address book of the current user or Import file (*.wab) to take emails from any other location. Then click Next.

- Select the list that you wish to add emails in. Or if you wish to create a new list. Checkbox Use mailbox name as recipient name will import the mailbox names in the Name column. Then, click Next.
- Click Import to begin import. Then click Finish.
From Text File
- Click on Import -> Text File button from toolbar or on the Contact lists -> Import -> Text File from main menu
- Select the file that you wish to import, and then click Open.

a) In Column separator group box choose what sign will serve as separator columns.
b) Option Have text qualifier extracts addresses without the qualifier if the addresses are bounded with qualifiers.
c) Option First row contains field name takes the first row as the columns names.

- Select a list where you wish to import emails or create a new list. Then, click Next.
- Specify fields.
- Click Next to begin import. When import will be finished, click Finish.
