Exporting Lists

Export lists allows you to export inner list to Databases, to Excel files and to Text Files.

To Database:

  • Click on Export -> Database button from toolbar or on the Contact Lists -> Export -> Database from main menu.

    Export database

  • Select the type of database where you wish to export the list. Then, click Next.

  • Press Select button and open database (or *.txt, *.lst, *.csv file) where you want to export. Then, clickNext.

  • If you have selected  Access(*.mdb), dbase III, IV or V (*.dbf) source, then select the table name. The values will be exported (added) in the first two columns: the first column will be export email addresses and the second column will be the recipient names. If you wish export values in to a new table you must create a new table first. New table must have 2 fields: email address and recipient name. Click Next.

  • If you selected Text(*.txt, *.lst, *.csv) file you must format the exporting data. If you check Fixed width checkbox, you may specify number of white spaces between the Email address column and the Recipient name column, if not you must select other separator from Column separator group box. Option Have text qualifier save values separated by the specified punctuation. Option First row contains field name save columns name. Then, click Next.
  • When the exporting process is finished click Finish.

To Excel

  1. Click on Export -> Excel button from toolbar or on the Contact lists -> Export -> Excel from main menu.
  2. Select Excel(*.xls) file. Click Open, then click Next

  3. Specify name for a new sheet where the data will be exported to. Then, click Next to begin export.

  4. When the exporting process is finished click Finish.
To Text File
  1. Click on Export -> Text File button from toolbar or on the Contact lists -> Export -> Text File from main menu.
  2. You may select an existing file that will be replaced or create a new file with txt, lst, csv extension,then click Save.

  3. a) In Column separator group box choose what sign will serve as separator columns.
    b) Option Have text qualifier extracts addresses without the qualifier if the addresses are bounded with qualifiers.
    c) Option First row contains field name takes the first row as the columns names.
    d) In Export columns group box choose ..........................

    Save

  4. Click Save.
