Select the Queries node from the main tree of the program. The Queries page will appear in the right pane.
Create a new query by clicking the New button. You can also edit a selected query by clicking the Edit button. Click Delete button to delete the selected query if it is no longer used.
In the tool bar of the Queries page click New button. Query dialog wizard will be displayed subsequently.
To specify a new connection string click on the New button.
Click on the Next button to see tables from selected data source. From the Tables list select tables where the data will be extracted from.
From the selected fields a SQL query statement will be generated and shown in the next tab page.
Preview the extracted data.
Type the name of the query and click on the Finishbutton to end the process of creating the query.
