Setting Up Subscription Lists

Open the "Configure Subscription Lists" dialog either by selecting the 'Configure - Subscription Lists' menu option, or simply by pressing the 'Configure Subscription Lists' button present at the extreme right of the 'To' field. This will bring the "Configure Subscription Lists" dialog.

This dialog shows the set of subscription lists. Subscriptions lists are mapped to a CSV file. CSV files can be exported directly from an excel sheet or a database.

New lists can be added by clicking the 'Add' button. Enter the name to be used for the list, and then select the CSV file to be used for this list.

A sample CSV file is like this:

ID, Name, Email, Telephone
1, Bill,billg@microsoft.com, 101
2, John,john@google.com, 2

The first line of the CSV file contains the field names, which can be used for personalizing the mails that is send to this list.
