Device Diagnostics

Device Diagnostics helps you locate a device that is not working properly or efficiently and offers an effective solution.

Click Tools menu ---> Device Diagnostics, The program will search and list all devices in your system.

Invalid device
Stopped device

Right click the device you will see the submenu below.

Troubleshoot
Display status of device. If the device works incorrectly, program will offer effective solution.

Update Driver
Search for new version of the driver.

Disable
Stop the device.

Enable
Enable a device that is currently in disabled status.

Uninstall
Remove the device from the system.

Scan for hardware changes
Scan for hardware changes to update the device list.

Save all information
Save the hardware information to a text file. This can help you when sending hardware information to support
teams which can provide them with useful information when trying to resolve your computer related issues.

Properties
Display the properties of the device.
