Program Options
2D&3D Animator has options that control the general appearance of user interface as well as options related to specific features.
To change 2D&3D Animator options
- Select Options from the Tools menu.
- The Options dialog box appears.
- Set desired options.
- Press Ok.
Options dialog box fields:
"General" tab
Select Enable Undo Operation if you want that each operation can be revoked. It needs some memory and takes some time.
Select Recently used file list if you want that the recently used files will be displayed in the File menu.
The Resample Process radio buttons allow you to specify the quality of preview. Anti-Alias resample takes more time than Stretch/Truncate but allows to see final images quality.
"Save" tab
Defines file saving options and settings for safety work.
If the Always create backup copy is selected the program retains a duplicate of animation. This copy has file name with "Backup of" words added to the beginning.
The Save animation every option allows you to automatically save file at the interval you enter in the Minutes box (enter a number from 1 to 120).
If the Save layer's bitmaps is checked, layers will be saved with image bitmaps. This is increasing file size but loading is faster.
"Fonts" tab
Defines default font for all dialog boxes.
"File Locations" tab
You can define default folders that appear in the "Open" and "Save" dialog boxes.
In the Lists of default storage locations, click the item you want to change, and then click Modify to set a new default location.
