Layer Properties
The layer Properties panel allows you to edit the Layer's name, position, size, transparency, etc.

To show / hide Layer Properties panel
- Select Layer Properties in the View menu.
If you want to see properties of another layer and Properties panel is visible, just click the layer and the panel will show the properties of selected Layer.
Changing the Layer Properties
"Position, Size, Scale, Transparency" tab
Use this tab to change layer appearance.
- Position - positioning the layer at specific coordinates in the animation.
- Hidden Position - makes the layer invisible.
- Scale - resizes the layer during current motion.
- Size - defines the layer size.
- Rotation - rotates the layer during current motion.
- Transparency - defines the layer is transparent, and its Transparent Color.

To make layer transparent, click to check the Transparent check box.

Transparent color deviation - makes a border between transparent and non transparent part of the layer more accurately. It defines a range where transparent color can be.
- An image with blurred border has bigger color deviation than an image with solid border.

- Set the bigger value of Transparent Color Deviation for images with blurred transparent border.

"Cells" tab
- Use the Cells tab to manipulate the layer cells (images), if the layer has multiple cells.
- When the animation is playing back, the layer's cells are displayed continuously according to their order.
- You can change the cell duration, the cell position in the play-back sequence, add or delete a cell.

"Effects" tab
- Use the Effect tab to apply live effects for the current motion. You can apply multiple effects to a layer.
- The Opacity allows a blending mode, that the layers behind the layer show through. A setting of 100 renders the layer completely opaque. A setting of 0 (zero) renders the layer completely transparent.

Each time you add a new effect to the layer, it is added to the list in the Effect tab. A visibility sign appears next to each effect in the list. That way, you can turn it on or off.
To add an effect
- Click the Add Effect button to choose an effect from the pop-up menu.
- The effect is added to the Effect list.
"Scene Background" tab
The Scene Background tab has the same controls like Animation Background window.
