The 'iPod 5G (640*480)' preset:
DVD to iPod converts videos and DVDs for new 30G/80G video iPods, to MPEG-4 with the resolution 640*480.
Batch mode:
DVD to iPod can convert several video files at once. The feature saves users time and minimizes efforts.
Extract audio:
This feature allows to save soundtracks from DVD and video files (songs, music or just recorded voice) in the MP3 format. You may also use the option to separate audio from video for audio editing and noise reduction.
Join mode:
Using the mode, you can merge multiple AVI, MPEG (MPG), MP4, VOB, DVD, 3GPP, 3GPP2, MOV or WMV/ASF (Window Media) files into one larger video file. You may join as many files as you need. The only limitation is free space on your hard drive.
Save the current frame as a picture:
The feature allows to create images and photos, extracting exact frames from video. To choose a frame you want to save, you can: stop previewing video at the right moment, or use the slider to jump from one part of video to another, or use control buttons to move on to the nearest frames.
