This tab contains the options that control how the PDF viewer will display the output PDF document.
Not all PDF viewers (eg browser plug-in or third party viewers) can/will obey these preferences.

Interface: Hide Toolbar |
| Purpose: |
The PDF viewer's toolbar should be hidden when the PDF document is active. |

Not all PDF viewing applications may obey this directive. |

Interface: Hide Menubar |
| Purpose: |
The PDF viewer's menubar should be hidden when the PDF document is active. |

Interface: Window User Interface |
| Purpose: |
The user interface elements within the PDF document's window should be hidden. |

Interface: Center Window |
| Purpose: |
The window displaying the PDF document should be displayed in the center of the computer's screen. |

Interface: Fit Window |
| Purpose: |
The PDF viewer should resize the window displaying the PDF document to fit the size of the first displayed page of the PDF document. |

Page: Mode |
| Purpose: |
Controls what the PDF viewer displays to the user. |

Available options are:

The PDF viewer should not show the outline (ie bookmark) or thumbnail navigation items when the PDF document is open. |
| Outlines |
The PDF viewer should show the outline (ie bookmark) navigation item when the PDF document is open. |
| Use Thumbs |
The PDF viewer should show the thumbnail navigation item when the PDF document is open. |
| Fullscreen |
The PDF viewer should open the PDF document in full-screen mode without showing the menu bar, window controls or any other window. |

Page: Layout |
| Purpose: |
Specifies the layout for the page when the PDF document is opened. |
| Notes: |
Available options are:

Single Page |
Display the pages one page at a time. |
| One Column |
Display the pages in one column. |
| Two Column Left |
Display the pages in two columns, with odd-numbered pages on the left. |
| Two Column Right |
Display the pages in two columns, with odd-numbered pages on the right. |

Slideshow |
| Purpose: |
Forces the PDF document to be displayed full screen with the chosen screen transition effect between each page. |
| Notes: |
Not all PDF viewing applications may obey this directive (especially browser plug-ins). |

Specifies the screen transition effect that is applied between pages. |

Slideshow: Transition Duration |
| Purpose: |
Specifies the amount of time that the screen transition effect takes. |
| Notes: |
A value of between 1 and 10 seconds can be specified. |

Slideshow: Page Display Duration |
| Purpose: |
Specifies the amount of time that a PDF page is shown for before automatically advancing to the next page with the required screen transition effect. |
| Notes: |
A value of between 1 and 60 seconds can be specified. |
