Up to screenshot Add Image
Purpose: Displays the "Add Image" dialog box that allows one or many image files (JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF, BMP, WMF, EMF, PCX and TGA) to be selected and added to the image list.
Notes:
  • Up to 1000 images can be added to the list.
  • Images are added onto the end of the list.
  • As an alternative you can drag and drop image files onto the image list
  • WMF and EMF image meta files can be converted directly into native PDF equivalent for speed and quality, but if 100% accuracy is required these can also be rendered into an image by Windows (although if this is performed any text that was in them is also rendered into the image which means that this text will not be searchable text in the output PDF)
  • Up to screenshot Image List
Purpose: This area lists all of the images in the order that they will be converted into PDF.
    Notes:
  • Up to 1000 images can be added to this list and images can be moved up and down the list or sorted into order.
  • Images (JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF, BMP, WMF, EMF, PCX and TGA) can be "dragged and dropped" onto this image list area as an alternative to using the "Add Image" button.
  • Images that are "dragged and dropped" are added onto the end of the list.
  • Images are embedded in the output PDF document in the order that they are listed.
  • Images in the list can be selected/deselected by clicking on their name.

    Notes:
  • This is used by both the sort "By Name" and sort "By Filename" functions.

  • Up to screenshot Sort: By Filename

  • Up to screenshot Selected: Move Down
Purpose: All selected images are moved one position (if possible) towards the bottom of the list.

  • Try using a setting of 15 points for each border side (and use a white border color) if you want to emulate that Polaroidâ„¢ look.
  • If you are using Bates Page/Document Numbering you may wish to use a border down one side of the image in which the Bates Number can be positioned so that it does not obscure any part of the image.
  • Up to screenshot Border: Left
