Fade in lets the sound level of your music gradually go from low to normal. Fade out lets the sound level of your music gradually go from high to normal. If there is more than one music file in your slideshow and the volumes of the music files are not the same, you can normalize their volumes by selecting Normalize Volume. If the duration of the music and the duration of all the photos and video clips in a slideshow are not the same long, Automatically synchronize audio & video of the slideshow will synchronize the two durations by automatically changing the photo durations of the photo files in the slideshow. To make sure the synchronization can be properly performed, the two durations must not be too different.
