FEATURE

Profiles are a new feature that allow administrators to configure users of the console that will have access to the functionality related to scanning, software distribution, and monitoring, but restricts access to configuring the console and services.

DETAILS

Administrators can create profiles and determine their level of access with the Profile Wizard. Profiles can be used to separate console, Software Distribution, and Monitoring configuration from base functionality, such as inventorying systems and groups.

Profile Wizard

The Profile Wizard allows an Administrator to assign specific groups or systems that a new profile will have access to. A non-Administrative profile is unable to add new systems to the Managed Devices list.
