Departments

This dialog ables you to create departments, later you can asign operators to one or more department.

Name
Enter a name for the department.

Description
Enter a short department description.

Visible for visitors
Check this box if the department should be visible by your website visitors.

Add
Click this button to add a new department.

Modify
Click this button to modify a previously defined department.

Delete
Click this button to remove a department.
