Chat Window

The chat window able you to send text and files to visitors and other operators:

Window title
The window title shows the name of people chatting in this chat window. Visitors have a country flag and operators have a little monitor image.
When someone starts typing you will see their name blinking.

Send file button
Use this button to select a file to send to the chat window.

Minimize button
Use this button to minimize the chat window, the window will be available on the tab on the upper part of the program.

Close button
Use this button to close the chat window.

Force to load an URL
Use this button to send an URL, operators and visitors on the chat window will be forced to load the URL in their browsers.

File transfers

You can send files to a chat window, visitors and operators chating on that window will receive a link to get your file.

You can send files in three diferents ways:

Clicking this button in the right-up corner of the chat window.

Doing Drag & Drop from windows explorer to the chat window.

Copy Ctrl-C from windows explorer and Paste Ctrl-V to the chat window.
