Build DFD Interface

The RealTimeQuery Direct from Desktop interface is a windows program you can distribute to your clients.

With RealTimeQuery DFD your clients only have to click an icon in their desktop to contact you, without the need of opening a web browser.

Use this dialog to configure the direct form desktop installer:

Window title
Enter the title of the DFD interface installer, this is the title to be shown on the installer window caption.

Exe file name
Enter the name of the installer EXE file, for example: setup.exe or mycompanysupport.exe.

Change head image
You can use your own image on the installer by clicking the "change head image" button.

Use this dialog to enter information to be used by the DFD program:

Window title
Enter the title of the DFD interface, this is the title to be shown on the window caption.

Exe file name
Enter the name of the EXE file, for example: support.exe or myapp.exe.

Shortcut text
What you enter here will be shown as the title of the Start menu -> Programs and desktop shortcuts.

Support URL
Enter the URL of your site.

Change head image
You can use your own image on the interface by clicking the "change head image" button.

Change icon
You can use your own icon on the program by clicking the "change icon" button.

Use this dialog to enter information about your client:

Name
Enter your client's name.

Language
Select your client's language.

Company
Enter your client's company.

rtq.js URL
Enter the URL of the Javascript file uploaded by your RealTimeQuery server, so your DFD program knows how to contact back to you.

The URL must be complete, it should be something like http://www.domainname.com/somefolder/rtq.js

Offline text
Enter some lines of text to be shown when you are offline.
You can include html code.
