Discstarter Designer

The Discstarter Designer allows you to define all necessary settings for the Discstarter Runtime System ("autostart.exe") so that you do not have to edit the configuration file "autorun.inf" manually.

After starting the Discstarter Designer you see the following window:

In the upper area you find a toolbar that provides buttons for the following functions:

file recovery programs mmc card recovery deleted photos recovery
record keystrokes hard disk data recovery key logger
partition file recovery password recovery freeware laptop data recovery
  • Create New Project
  • Open Existing Project
  • Save And Sign Project
  • Close Project
  • Test Project (this button is only available if you have copied the "autostart.exe" into the Master Directory of your project!)
  • Copy Discstarter Runtime System ("autostart.exe") (into the Master Directory of your project)

If you create a new project or open an existing project, a menu area appears on the left side and an configuration area on the right side:

Start File To Execute

In the menu on the left side you find the following main sections:

CD-ROM Project
The settings in this section are mandatory and define the basic functionality of your CD-ROM menu.

Window Layout
All settings in this section define the look and feel of your menu.

Miscellaneous
In this sections you find optional settings that are not required at all but allow you to make your menu more interesting.
