Printing

  1. Use the Print | Account List menu sequence or click the Print tool Print on the toolbar. The Print Accounts screen (Figure 11) will appear.
  2. Make sure the sort order in the Sort By frame is set the way you want it.
  3. If you want to print just a few accounts, enter the starting and ending account numbers or names in the From and To boxes.
  4. Click the [Print Accounts] button. TrakLoan will print a list of Accounts in the sort order you’ve selected.

NOTE: To stop printing, click the [STOP] button. (When you start printing the print button changes its caption to ‘‘STOP’’.) Printing may not stop immediately. If your printer has a large print buffer the buffer will have to clear before printing stops.

Printing (and Zeroing) Interest Paid for the Year for Each Account

  1. Use the Print | Account List menu sequence or click the Print tool Print on the toolbar. The Print Accounts screen (Figure 11) will appear.
  2. Click the [Print Year’s Total Interest Paid] button.
  3. TrakLoan will ask whether or not you want to reset the year’s interest totals to zero. If you click [Yes], TrakLoan will set each value to zero after printing it. You need to print and reset these values to zero each fiscal year after posting transactions for the last month in the fiscal year.
