Printing Amortization Table

To print an amortization table for a loan:

  • Select the account by clicking it in the Existing Loans box.
  • Use the Print | A mortization Table menu sequence to bring up the Amortization screen (Figure 17)
  • Configure the starting information:
    • Click the [From Start of Loan] button to show starting date, interest rate, balance, and payment amount, or
    • Click the [From Current Balance] button to change the date to the date of last payment and the balance to the balance as of that date.
    • You can also change these values manually.
  • To view the amortization table on the screen, click the [View] button.
  • To print the amortization table, click [Print].
