Editing/Deleting Journal Entry

Editing a Normal Journal Entry

  1. In the Journal list box at the left side of the screen, click the transaction you want to edit.
  2. Change the information that needs changing.
  3. Click [Enter].

You can clear the screen and start over at any time by clicking the [Start Over] button.

Deleting a Normal Journal Entry

  1. In the Journal list box on the left side of the screen, click the transaction you want to delete.
  2. Use the Databases | Journal | Delete menu sequence or click the Delete tool Delete on the toolbar.
