Backup to External Medium

  1. If you’re backing up to a floppy drive, zip drive, or CD ROM, insert a formatted disk into the appropriate drive.
  2. Use the Backup | Backup to External Medium menu sequence or click the [Backup] button in the External Medium frame on the left side of the Backup screen to display the standard Windows ‘‘Save As’’ dialog (Figure 28).
  3. If the Save In location is not correct, browse to the folder where you want to save the backup. From this dialog you can access external devices on a network that have not been mapped as network drives using the ‘‘Network Neighborhood’’ entry in the Save In list.
  4. Click [Save].
