Trips

The trip list is used to record your expenses and notes about your trips. The basic trip information is the date of departure, the (optional) time of departure, a description of the trip and any notes you want to enter. The tabs let you record expenses for meals, lodging, and miscellaneous items. The trip log can be used to log each days travels by entering the mileage at each stop and a description of the stop. These items are entered as described in Transaction Lists.

If the Make Log Entries check box is checked, then every transaction entered for meals, lodging and miscellaneous will also create a log entry.
