Menus

The menu bar at the top of the program window is used to select the program functions.

File

• Backup Data
• Restore Data
• Import Data
• From CSV File
• From Quicken 98
• From Quicken 99
• Print Setup - The standard windows printer setup dialog
• File Manager - For use only with a technical support person
• Edit - The standard windows edit window for cut, copy and paste selected text

Options

• Set the program options.

List

• Vehicles - Opens up a list of vehicles.
• Trips - Opens up another list of the trips.
• Vendors - Opens up a list of vendors.
• Reminders - Opens a list of reminders.
• State Codes - Opens the list of state codes and names.
• Wheel Positions - Opens the list of wheel position codes and descriptions.

Reports

• Selected Transactions - Prints a list of all transacations between any two dates.
• Multiple Vehicles Report - Prints vehicle information for selected vehicles.
• Multiple Trips Report - Prints trip information for selected trips.
• Vehicle Summary - Prints a list of all vehicles in different orders.
• Window - The standard Windows window arrange and select menu.
• Help - Opens the online help file.
