EDITING INDICATOR PARAMETERS

This is the main charting window where all indicator studies and symbols will be drawn.

EDITING INDICATOR PARAMETERS

Previously we discussed how to go about adding indicators. However, even after the indicators are drawn, you are still able to edit their parameters to suit your needs.

When you right-click on the main price chart (must be price chart, not one of the indicators), a context menu will be displayed listing all of the indicators currently present on the chart:

EDITING INDICATOR PARAMETERS

For the indicators turned on by default, right clicking the price chart will bring up the following context menu displaying 6 indicators. Indicators are ordered in the context menu based on the order in which they were added to the chart. All of these indicators have a sub-context menu allowing you to change the parameter of the said indicator. By clicking Parameters under the highlighted indicator, the same dialog box will pop-up that was originally displayed when adding the study.

REMOVING INDICATORS

To remove an indicator from the chart completely, simply select the desired study in the context menu and click Remove in the sub-context menu.
