Using My-CRM on Network

If you have purchased the networked version of My-CRM you can allow multiple computers access to one central data source.

First you must designate a computer as a File Server. This is where the data is to be stored. You must also use this computer as the upgrade machine to download the latest version of My-CRM.

Once installed on the server, you can then install on other workstations in the same way you installed on the server. Then run My-CRM to be presented with the login screen

Click on the path button Path to change to path to where the data is stored and simply point to the data directory on the file server. You must set this path to a drive letter eg G: by setting up a mapped drive (see your windows documentation for details on how to do this)
