You will then be presented with the following screen.

Outlook Sync

My-CRM will automatically selected what data should be updated by putting a "X" in the "X" column. This is done by checking both Outlook and My-CRM for the existance of the record. If it doesnt exist My-CRM will select that record. You may override what records are synchronised by manually clicking on the column. Click on "Select All" to synchronise all data for the screen you are viewing.

My-CRM will also let you send diary events to Outlook so you can sync with your palm pilots. As well as this you can import emails from your inbox and link them to customers. This is good for tracking activity between you and your customers

Once you are happy with your selection, click on the "Sync" button. My-CRM will then update both Outlook and My-CRM with the required changes. Once complete you will be returned to the Home Page
